Who May Receive Your Request
LoanPathway is not a lender. When you submit a loan request, we transmit it to our lead-distribution partner, Lending Revenue (lendingrevenue.net). Lending Revenue passes your request to lenders and lead buyers in its network, who may review it, check your credit, and decide whether to make you an offer.
If you checked the consent box on our form, LoanPathway, our distribution partner, and the lenders, lead buyers and marketing partners that receive your request may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request and about other financial products and services. This may include autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Your consent is not a condition of any loan or service. Message and data rates may apply.
Our Partners
- Lending Revenue (lendingrevenue.net) — lead distribution partner
- [Additional partners — list to be provided by our distribution partner]
The lenders and lead buyers in our distribution partner's network change from time to time, and not every partner receives every request. Each partner that receives your information uses it under its own privacy policy.
How to Get the Current Full List
To request the current list of partners that may receive loan requests, or to ask which partners received your request, email [email protected] with the subject "Partner List." Please include your name and the email address and phone number you used on our Site. We will respond as soon as possible.
How to Opt Out
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts from that sender.
- Emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls: Ask the caller to place you on their do-not-call list.
- LoanPathway: Email [email protected] to revoke your consent to be contacted by us. We will also forward your opt-out request to our distribution partner.
- Sale or sharing: Visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Because each partner contacts you under its own policies, you may need to opt out separately with each company that contacts you. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
